Ed could you please tell us where Bale's future may lie?

Spurs23

{Ed002's Note - It will be entirely dependent on his replacement being secured else he will potentially stay another year. Real MAdrid are aware that in another year his value could drop. Therefore at the right price he would be available and Bale will be offered to Manchester United but I think could be priced out of a move when his injuries are taken in to account - and he will have another potential option in England in Spurs. Concerns will be over fitness and price but Real Madrid would be open to a deal involving Toby Alderweireld - and It is the sort of thing that Spurs may look to do to placate the fans in what might be a couple of tight years financially. The third club who may well be interested at the right price is Bayern Munich, but I would think given his age and injury history they would value him at far less than Real Madrid will be looking to ask.}

Thanks Ed! How are you doing? Any chance yet to work on the music podcast?

{Ed002's Note - Right now I am really staying away from the transfer information. I will do what I can when time allows.}

Hey Ed, you indicated that really Madrid are open to sell Asensio. Which teams would be interested in him?

Spurs23

{Ed002's Note - No one of any consequence - but he wont be moving to Spurs.]

Thanks Ed! If it's no one of any consequence, surely it's Arsenal.

Hi Ed, can you tell us about the jnterest in Bastoni and if you think he will move?

Spurs23

{Ed002's Note - Alessandro Bastoni (CB) First choice for Barcelona, but Inter don't want to sell although €70M might be enough for Inter to part with him as they look to cut the wage bill. Bayern Munich have a declared interest and see him has an option to others as they look to add two CBs, but they know the player wants to stay in Milan. Real Madrid are keen but he is not top of their list. Spurs certainly offer an option whilst Conte and Paratici are at the club. Chelsea and Manchester United have watched him but have preferred targets. Expect him to stay at Inter next season.}

Ed, who is the replacement Napoli have lined up for Koulibally?

Spurs23

{Ed002's Note - Gabriel Magalhaes with options of Samuel Umtiti, Robin Koch, Gian Marco Ferrari and Jan Vertonghen.}

1.) 25 Jun 2020 09:06:42
Thought so. Thanks Ed!

Tried searching but couldn’t find which clubs are interested in Koulibaly ed?

Also, what clubs are interested in Ajer of Celtic?

Thanks,
MB.

{Ed002's Note - Koulibaly is of interest to Manchester City and PSG but price is an issue.

Kristoffer Ajer (CB) Milan see Ajer as a cheaper option to their primary target but funds may not stretch as they look to sell players and buy lower priced alternatives. With other options falling by the wayside, Ajer is of interest to Leicester. Top of the list for Atletico Madrid - but only if they lose a CB - which they are trying to avoid. Previous interest of Spurs, Newcastle and Ajax has moved on.}

Excellent, thanks Ed.

Eds could you help explain what went wrong with Juve and Allegri? Football style or player targeting disagreements?

Spurs23

{Ed002's Note - Nothing went wrong. It was time for a change. From the club's side they need a complete rebuild and it had not been a good run in the Champions League and it would be agood time for someone with fresh coaching ideas to take over. From Allegri's side it was time to move on, although he is taking a break first. He had always wanted more say in transfers than he had in Turin.}
